My Why

My path into this work began with a deep curiosity about the human body—and a quiet knowing that health is far more than the absence of symptoms.

Like many, I experienced moments where conventional answers felt incomplete. I wanted to understand why the body adapts the way it does, how stress and environment shape our biology, and why so many people feel disconnected from their own inner signals. That curiosity led me beyond surface-level solutions and into the study of cellular health, biofeedback, circadian rhythms, and the subtle communication systems of the body.

What I discovered changed everything:

the body is constantly communicating. When we learn how to listen—through data, awareness, and intuition—it reveals patterns long before breakdown occurs.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing something that is “wrong,” but about restoring communication, coherence, and trust within the body. By combining modern biofeedback tools with foundational lifestyle principles and energetic awareness, I help people reconnect with their innate capacity for balance and resilience.

My Story

How I Lost My Health — and Reclaimed My Power

I moved to the United States in July 2017, full of hope, dreams, and the energy to start a new chapter. But just a year later, something in my body began to shift — and not in the way I expected. I didn’t feel well. My skin changed. My digestion became unpredictable. Mucus, congestion, strange sensitivities to foods I used to love. I started catching every bug that came around. And after a severe case of long COVID, it felt like my entire system had crashed.

Some days I could eat a food without issue. The next day, the same food triggered symptoms. Step by step, I was left with a list of just ten “safe” foods. I wasn’t living — I was surviving.

I spent years chasing healing.

Thousands of dollars on labs, practitioners, HBOT, ozone, CellCore, and a mountain of supplements.
Moments of progress — then crashes.
Relief — then confusion.
Hope — then despair.

I trapped myself in narratives of restriction. I took two handfuls of supplements a day.
I told myself I was doing everything right… but I wasn’t thriving.
I wasn’t happy.

Where I Come From

I was born and raised in socialist Bulgaria — a small country with a big heart. We grew up close to the earth. Food was local and seasonal because it had to be. My parents made preserves in the fall to last us through winter. The only time we saw oranges or bananas was Christmas — when the government briefly opened the borders to imports. We’d stand in line for hours just for a few pieces.

But we were healthy. The land was clean. The people were kind.
That rhythm of life — aligned with nature, simplicity, and community — imprinted something deep within me.

And after everything I went through, I realized: I had to come back to that wisdom.
To the natural rhythm.
To the quiet intelligence of the body.
To the power that lives in every cell — if we learn how to listen.

The Turning Point

One day, I made a decision:
I’m not outsourcing my power anymore.
I stopped the noise.
I paused the protocols.
And I turned inward — to study, to learn, and to reclaim what I had given away.

I dove deep into quantum biology, energy medicine, functional nutrition, mitochondrial science, and the ancient principles that had always been within reach. I got certified in the tools that changed me:
