This program includes four biofeedback sessions designed to help you understand how your body responds to stress and daily lifestyle factors.

Each session evaluates physiological signals such as heart rate variability, breathing patterns, muscle tension, and skin conductance. These measurements help us observe how your nervous system regulates under different conditions.

Throughout the program we explore how lifestyle factors — including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and emotional patterns — influence these responses.

Between sessions we implement simple strategies to help your body move toward better balance and regulation.

Biofeedback Assessment + Labs Cross-Check

Duration: 12 weeks | 4 sessions with lab integration

This program includes everything from the Biofeedback Assessment Package, with the addition of cross-referencing your biofeedback results with laboratory testing.

By integrating physiological biofeedback patterns with laboratory biomarkers, we gain a deeper understanding of how your body is functioning at both the regulatory and biochemical level.

The extended 12-week timeline allows more time between sessions to implement changes and observe how your body responds.

In this program we may explore how biomarkers related to metabolism, inflammation, thyroid function, stress hormones, and nutrient status connect with the patterns observed during biofeedback sessions.

The goal is to build a wellness strategy informed by both your physiological responses and your lab findings.

Please note: Laboratory testing is not included in the program cost. Labs may be obtained through your physician or a laboratory provider of your choice.

The Four Sessions

Session 1 — Baseline Assessment

We begin by establishing your physiological baseline.

Using biofeedback technology, we evaluate how your nervous system responds to stress, relaxation, breathing patterns, and other regulatory signals.

This session also includes a discussion of your health history, current concerns, and goals so we can design a personalized plan moving forward.

Session 2 — Pattern Recognition

During the second session we explore deeper physiological patterns using scenario-based testing.

This may include stress triggers, cognitive tasks, emotional recall, and relaxation practices. These exercises help reveal how your body responds to different internal and external stimuli.

Many clients begin to notice meaningful connections between their thoughts, habits, and physiological responses during this stage.

Session 3 — Intervention and Training

Once we understand your patterns, we begin working with them.

This session combines biofeedback retraining with coaching strategies designed to help your nervous system develop more adaptive responses to stress.

You will learn practical techniques that can be used in everyday life to improve resilience, sleep quality, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.

Session 4 — Progress Assessment and Long-Term Plan

In the final session we repeat your assessment and compare your results with your baseline.

This allows us to observe measurable changes in how your body responds and regulates.

Together we create a sustainable wellness plan so the improvements you experience can continue beyond the program.
